CALVARY
PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
open your heart to God
|
A testimony of
Thanksgiving at Calvary Presbyterian.
The Calvary
Presbyterian membership of Alexandria, VA, is a
welcoming and diverse congregation and has many
reasons to be thankful. Our English as a Second
Language program has taught many to integrate
into the metro area. Calvary sponsors our 20
year old Eagles' Wings program in conjunction
with Mt. Eagle School. Our volunteers have
taught hundreds of children, improving their
academic and socialization skills through this
important program.
This congregation is thankful for the love, fun,
and fellowship we share with everyone. Whether
it is Christmas parties and caroling, pot luck
dinners, Easter gatherings and egg hunts, dinner
parties, concerts with the School Street
Ramblers, or one of our other many events, our
church family loves to gather together to
worship, pray, and have fun.
Calvary is
thankful for the church leadership, who helps
guide the congregation to a closer relationship
with Jesus and supports the active life of
Calvary Presbyterian Church.
